We become project managers with this package, ensuring no important detail is missed and keeping the steps collaborative and manageable. Custom design packages are crafted to reflect the individual style and taste of our couples. Our brides are able to enjoy the wedding planning experience without the hassle of vendor coordination and communication or the worry of timeline management.

The Aisle Ally
Because we know that not every wedding budget has room for full planning and design, we offer a budget-friendly option to assist our brides. While we aren’t involved in day-to-day activities, our team acts as a professional ally and is always just an email or scheduled call away when our bride needs advice, a quick review of a vendor quote, or a sounding board for etiquette questions or otherwise.

For our nonprofit events, we customize each package based on our client’s needs and budget. We have over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector from large-scale fundraising galas to intimate stewardship events. Our team is able to assist with more than just event planning logistics. We support large and small teams alike with custom sponsor packages and benefit fulfillment, auction solicitation, design and vision, management of volunteer committees and vendor sourcing and communication. We can also take on a larger role in your event process; managing sponsors and sponsorship requests, tracking prospects, scheduling meetings and preparing personalized request materials.

All of our services begin with a complimentary consult where we learn more about your goals for the event, overall budget and planning needs. Then, we create an estimate and get to work executing the details of your intimate party or big bash.

Includes a minimum of 25 hours of planning which can also be applied toward on-site management services.
